FAQ
- How is billing handled?
- Pro and Unlimited are billed monthly (Stripe subscription, cancel anytime). Credits themselves renew weekly: every Monday at 03:00 Berlin time, your weekly allocation is restored to the tier limit.
- When do credits renew?
- Every Monday at 03:00 Berlin time, back to your weekly allocation. Unused credits expire — the cap is the most you can accumulate between resets.
- What is pay-as-you-go?
- Optional, toggle in the dashboard. When weekly credits run out, Stripe charges your saved card for the pack size you chose. You can disable it at any time.
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes, taking effect at the end of your monthly billing period. A 7-day grace period stays active — then the Free-tier limits apply.
- Enterprise?
- SSO, dedicated support, custom tool development, SLA. Talk to our sales team.
